“This is how God showed His love among us: He sent His one and only Son into the world that we might live through Him. This is love: not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins.” 1 John 4:9-10
We are thankful for a warm and wonderful Christmas. We began our celebration Christmas Eve by attending a beautiful worship and communion service at our church. At home that evening, Jim read Luke 2 to our cherubs, and I read “Twas The Night Before Christmas” (just for fun). We had a cozy Christmas morning at home and then went to my Mom’s (Nan Nan) for Christmas afternoon and evening. We always sleep over her house Christmas night. My sister and I get up early for some Christmas clearance sales the day after Christmas. We treasure all of these traditions.
Here are a few pictures.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!
Gorgeous pictures, what fun! We do the same…no names, just paper, funny! Looks like a great time was had by all, best way to celebrate Him in celebrating each other.
Blessings for a very happy new year!!

LOVE these pictures, Sharon. I have missed stopping by your blog these past few weeks. You always bring a smile to my face.
Thank you for your faithful prayers for my sweet Lauren and for your continuous words of encouragement. You have been such a blessing to our family…a source of strength and comfort because I KNEW you were praying…listening to our Lord as to what to pray…and doing it!! There is no greater gift to give.
However, I must say that we also LOVED your box of gifts as well!!! Each day we pulled something out, we were reminded of your love and care.
So thankful for you, friend!!
Blessings,
Wendy
